The 2006 election will give Virgin Islanders the unique opportunity to implement Informal District Voting. Informal District Voting happens when you draft and support people who know the issues and how they affect you where you live... Attend forums and pose critical questions to the candidates… host town meetings and invite candidates from your district and other areas. Then, cast your educated votes on Election Day.
